Trimsecrets have launched a new slimming pill – the TrimSecrets Double Strength Pill, which follows the original product the TrimSecrets 5 Step Slimming Plan

TrimSecrets is the invention of world famous naturopath and author Jan De Vries

The concept of the original slimming plan was to combine a capsule with an easy to follow diet programme.

The 5 Step Slimming Plan consisted of these key points:

1. Follow a healthy, balanced, calorie controlled diet
2. Take one capsule 3 times daily before each meal
3. Drinking 1 to 2 lires of water every day
   
4. Try to avoid stress and practise relaxation techniques
   
5. Partake in exercise regularly

Not exactly a brand new concept but good advice none the less.

The Slimming pill that accompanied the diet plan was heavily formulated with minerals and vitamins with added Yerba Mate, Green tea and caffeine.

It would have been easier list a table of ingredients not included in the formula.

Michelle Mone has a very big association with the product.

Her story has been featured in several publications such as The Sun, The Mail, Now Diet Magazine and Closer

Michelle shed 5 stone while reportedly on Trim Secrets – although adding a celebrity endorsement is now starting to feel a touch contrived.

Does Trim Secrets Double Strength Slimming Pills Work

There does not appear to be too much by way of compelling evidence, plus of cource the product is new. This is a product will have to visit again in several months time

Again, too early say – but anything connected to Jan de Vries is more beneficial than harmful.

The official website is the only place to buy currently, there do not appear to be any plans to sell in the likes of Boots, Superdrug, Holland & Barrett and Tesco etc.
